I can honestly say that my picture for today is just fall colored as Kara’s!
Oh, and this was taken at a city park in San Saba, Texas.

And it is GORGEOUS! I love the light shining through the petals! Just beautiful!

Nice. How many attempts to get this shot? (Just curious whether it was easy or difficult to get)
This is the only shot-well, I guess there are 2. I took a vertical and a horizontal. I had no idea how this would turn out since it was so bright out the sun was washing out my tiny little lcd on the camera. Personally, I didn’t really care for this shot. I narrowed the pictures for the day down to 4 or 5 and asked Alison to help me pick out the daily picture. She liked this one more than my finalists, and even though it’s not fall related, I decided to post it.
