sunset reflections
November 3, 2011
I finally got out with the camera again!
And since I was asked about how the drought has affected the corn maze this year, here is another picture from last Saturday that shows how short it is in places.
- Aperture: ƒ/4
- Camera: Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XT
- Focal length: 17mm
- Shutter speed: 1/500s
What a beautiful sunset!
Sorry about the “short” corn maze (it’s really maize, not corn, isn’t it? But the maize maze doesn’t sound right!). Obviously, the taller you are, the easier it is?
I like maize maze, Jacque.
David, I love the top picture. You and I both know that, normally, that side of the church isn’t very picturesque. It’s nice to see a view from that side that’s gorgeous.
Yeah, it’s definitely not corn. I’m not sure what they made it out of. Shucks, I don’t think I could tell you what maize looks like.
(Did you see what I did there? “Shucks?” As in corn? Oh….nevermind)
I still really like the reflection. Just late in commenting.
